Is there a fee for using your Mobile Banking service?
We do not charge a fee for using our mobile banking service. However, depending on your mobile phone plan, your service provider may charge for text messages and/or web access. Please check with your mobile plan provider for details.
Do I need a special phone?
Our mobile banking service can be used on most mobile phones. You can utilize our mobile banking service if you meet one of the following criteria:
- You have an iPhone or Android device
- You can browse to the Internet on your phone
- You are able to send/receive SMS text messages
What happens if I lose my phone?
You are able to disable mobile banking access at any time from within online banking. You can also call us at (515) 223-1113 during business hours. We will then verify your identity and either un-enroll your device or suspend service until your phone is found.
Where can I find all of the text commands?
Text HELP to 99588 and you will receive a text message with all of the text commands necessary to use our mobile banking service.
